arab dictionaryHave you got an old French-English dictionary you can donate to the night shelter? Or any other foreign language dictionary? In particular it would be good to get English-Arabic or English-Farsi dictionaries.
Get in touch if you have any spare foreign language dictionaries knocking around collecting dust! They’ll be a great help to the guys staying at the night shelter. Thank you!

  • New and unused packets of underwear and socks are also very welcome all year round.

  • Good shoes in sizes 8, 9, 10 & 11 are needed too!

  • Vegetables: onions, peppers, courgettes, potatoes, broccoli, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce

  • Dry foods such as packets of pasta and rice

  • Nice treats such as biscuits and cakes go down well too!

  • We’re also very happy to take any leftover sandwiches and snacks from your events if you have any and can collect if necessary!

Bedding: sleepingbagsThe night shelter always needs clean sleeping bags, single duvets and blankets.

  • Most of the men staying a the shelter like using single duvets so if you have any clean unwanted ones we’d like to hear from you.
  • Pillows, duvet covers and pillow cases are also needed

  • We won’t take things that are heavily stained, ideally items need to be clean but don’t have to be spotless
